Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  • Administrative, office support, customer service, billing, or related experience preferred.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization, planning, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple responsibilities with professionalism and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working with data, reporting, and office systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
  • Handle customer service calls and assist with resolving customer concerns.
  • Work closely with office staff on projects and process improvement.
  • Manage billing responsibilities with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Partner with the collections department to support account follow-up and organization.
  • Assist in overseeing customer service workflows and supporting office team coordination.
  • Review data, track performance information, and prepare reports for leadership.
  • Help support the long-term development of the customer experience, billing, and collections functions.
