The Administrative Assistant - Bilingual is a high visible position for all that visit Holy Cross Cemetery and will interact with families, staff, and service providers, while reporting to the Location Manager. You will have to multi-task in a busy work setting, welcome visitors, answer multiple phone lines, and perform all clerical and administrative duties. As our Administrative Assistant - Bilingual, you will conduct yourself with a “Family First” approach, demonstrate by example, CFCS’ Core Values–Share the Journey, Serve with Care, and Make It Happen–in all their dealings with families, staff, and internal/external contacts.
