- Process weekly payroll reports and request for time off sheets. - Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc. - Take organized notes during meetings for distribution to various groups. - Monitoring the office phones and control access to the main door. - Keeping the work area clean and neat. - Assist human resources to process personnel information. - Perform any other duties assigned by the manager.
