About The Position

The Administrative Assistant for Athletics is responsible for providing bookkeeping and clerical support and will serve as the initial primary contact for athletics. Duties include tracking and processing athletic insurance information, completing compliance reports, assisting with budget and travel paperwork, placing orders, typing, filing, answering phones, and assisting with events.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • A minimum of two years of experience in an office setting or equivalent required
  • This position must be dependable and have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Qualified candidates must upload a current resume
