About The Position

Provide high-level administrative, technical, and operational support to the athletic directors. Ensuring compliance with regulations, managing documentation, and assisting with training and UIL documents. Key responsibilities are budget management, scheduling, and work with athletic ticketing and payment systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • One of the following: 2 years of college, Associate's Degree, or must pass a test of basic skills in reading, math, and writing
  • Ability to use personal computer and software to develop spreadsheets and databases, and do word processing
  • Proficient typing, keyboarding, file maintenance, and 10-key skills
  • Ability to meet established deadlines
  • Strong Organizational, written, and verbal communication skills, with close attention to detail and confidentiality
  • Data entry, management software, databases, budget tracking, and office skills
