About The Position

M&W Insurance is a growing Commercial Insurance Agency specializing in Apartment Building Insurance. Our Agency is dedicated to providing excellent service to our clients and maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism. We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team and help oversee both financial operations and client relationships.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in accounting, insurance and/or property management
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and property operations
  • Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Yardi, AppFolio, or similar) and MS Office Suite
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day accounting, including accounts payable/receivable and financial reporting
  • Work with property owners to help comply with insurance inspections
  • Help existing clients with general customer service, data inputting, answering phones and taking payments
