About The Position

This position primarily provides administrative and technical data management to the business and media programs. This is a restricted position. Continued employment is contingent on the availability of grant or non-general funds. Please note this position follows a hybrid work schedule to include both in-office and telework. Candidates must be able to work from the assigned work location in Virginia.

Requirements

  • Combination of education, training, or experience in project and data management.
  • Knowledge of applicable administrative, business, and program functions.
  • Demonstrated skills in information and documentation management, use of Microsoft applications and other database applications.
  • Demonstrated ability to collect, record, interpret, and manage data in accordance with agency policies and procedures.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with the public, peers, and co-workers effectively and professionally.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of business and media functions and procedures and ability to perform all duties accurately and independently.
  • Ability to organize work in a manner that assures processing and accomplishment of priority items are completed on a schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Performing records management to include analyzing and managing data integrity and performing quality assurance and control.
  • Provides effective customer service and effective communication in writing and verbally to internal and external parties.
  • Supports program management activities.
  • May perform a variety of high level administrative and business tasks as assigned.
  • May assist with technical program specific tasks.
