About The Position

Working under direct supervision supporting clients to ensure alignment on financial and administrative processes Reconcile client accounts within software Design and maintain workflow for gathering and analyzing data Provide research and comparative analysis of accounting data Compile and maintain financial records such as journals, ledger balances Assist in maintaining accurate financial records by inputting data into accounting software Support the maintenance of documentation and records pertaining to financial transactions, contracts, ensuring completeness and accuracy to facilitate auditing processes Research variances, errors, or anomalies in work product, escalating to management if significant Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations Prepare reports for management review as directed Additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or relevant field, or relevant experience in lieu of a degree
  • Two years of functional accounting experience
  • Proficient use of applicable technology
  • Able to work in team environment
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout all levels of an organization, both internally and externally

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping while meeting deadlines
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, MS Suite (particularly Excel)
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive information with discretion
