Under the general direction of the CBS Customer Care Manager and working in coordination with the members of the “Setup Team” (i.e. customer service, account setup and cataloging) this position has responsibility for configuring the Brodart cataloging engine in order to accomplish customer cataloging & processing requirements. New account, maintenance and upgrades of cataloging & processing setups are required. The primary goal of this position is to meet customer expectations and advance company goals and objectives. Compose internal and external communication to resolve issues with high sense of urgency. Research and resolve customer account issues. Coordinate within the “Setup Team” and other departments as requested to balance setup/maintenance production flow. Interact with production teams in person.
