Responsible for the efficient day to day operation of the Childbirth Education Program and A Mother's Place. The incumbent has full understanding of the Services provided in Women's Services. In cooperation with PSMs, Childbirth Education Coordinator, Lactation Consultants and the Director, coordinates and facilitates activities and programs to ensure seamless provision of service and overall effectiveness and success. This position, on a regular basis, interacts with all YNHH departments and services and with external customers and community services. This position requires exceptional customer service and organizational skills, the ability to work independently and remain professional under a variety of work related conditions. Provides administrative support to the Director of Women's Services and assistance to the Childbirth Education Coordinator.
