About The Position

Konica Minolta currently has an exciting opportunity for an Admin Ops Specialist! You'll be working with the Lease Aftermarket Booking Team, which is responsible for ensuring accurate and timely processing of lease booking packages for leasing companies. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to maintain compliance and efficiency throughout the booking process.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of SAP systems and lease booking processes.
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable and financial documentation.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and cross-train within team areas.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Compile and Submit Booking Packages: Prepare and send complete booking packages to leasing companies, ensuring all required documentation is included.
  • Validate Documentation: Confirm that deliveries match invoices, installations are completed, KMBS contracts are properly set up, and lease documents are accurate.
  • Facilitate Documentation Collection: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to obtain any missing or additional documents needed to finalize bookings.
  • Process Bookings: Execute manual or automated booking packages using SAP systems.
  • Financial Processes: Support accounts receivable activities and process check requests as needed.
  • Cross-Training & Communication: Provide training and guidance to team members and leasing partners; maintain strong communication skills to resolve issues promptly.
