About The Position

The Admin III provides advanced administrative and timekeeping support within a fast-paced pistachio processing environment. This role is responsible for ensuring accurate employee time records, resolving timekeeping discrepancies, and maintaining daily communication with supervisors and departments. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working with high employee volumes during peak production seasons.

Requirements

  • Previous administrative or timekeeping experience preferred (manufacturing or agricultural environment a plus).
  • Experience with ADP or similar timekeeping systems strongly preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work closely with supervisors and employees.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, seasonal production environment.

Responsibilities

  • Process electronic employee timecards, including reviewing and resolving timekeeping exceptions.
  • Communicate with supervisors regarding attendance, missed punches, overtime, and other time-related issues.
  • Enter and update employee time data in the ADP time clock system on a daily basis.
  • Review department attendance boards to ensure accurate and up-to-date timekeeping information.
  • Inspect time clocks and employee badges for malfunctions and report issues promptly to the IT department.
  • Maintain accurate records while supporting production demands during peak pistachio season.
