Provides administrative support to SRVP and AVP of Field Ops Manages multiple calendars and arranges meetings both on and off-site Plans, schedules and coordinates all travel arrangements Interfaces with a large variety of internal and external people on issues which are of a complex and highly confidential nature Prepares, types, proof reads, copies and routes memos, correspondence and reports Screens and directs all incoming phone calls Handles Special projects as assigned such as payroll, new stores opening planning process, operations and financial analysis Who We’re Looking For: You. Actual starting pay is determined by a number of factors, including relevant skills, qualifications, and experience.
