The HR Administrator supports day-to-day human resources operations by managing onboarding, employee documentation, timekeeping support, payroll-related tasks, and compliance requirements. This role serves as a key point of contact for new hires and existing employees, ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, timely, and in alignment with company standards. The HR Administrator works closely with management, payroll, and Home Office to maintain employee records, support audits, and ensure a smooth employee experience throughout the season. This position is a part-time hourly role.
