Keep reading: The RolePerforms variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit. Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources. Compiles, reviews and analyzes data. Uses software for functional area, to compile and generate reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations. May design processes to enhance work flow. Provides data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures. This position provides comprehensive administrative support for all waterfront ships under the Director of Electrical Post Launch. This role ensures smooth coordination of daily operations, facilitates communication across the division, and supports multiple functional areas.

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or experience

Responsibilities

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and prepare meeting materials for leadership.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for departmental communication across the division.
  • Support functional areas including training, finance, human resources, and labor relations.
  • Gather, track, and verify data from multiple sources; compile and summarize information into accurate reports and presentation packages.
  • Assist with coordination of special projects and initiatives as assigned.
