Provides professional support to PAF Coordinators and Administrators across UNMC which includes guidance on SAP procedures entries, I-9 Forms procedures and ADIS electronic employee HR files) procedures. Weekly UNMC wide audits to include SAP actions (Human Resources System), required documentation to support action in the Academic Department Information System ( ADIS ), and I-9 Forms and documents accuracy. Follows up with PAF Coordinators and Administrators to correct records accordingly. Provides support to HR departments with preparing, distributing and collecting new hire documents, and all other related personal action forms and supporting documents. Maintains Human Resource files in ADIS (an electronical personnel) and I-9 Forms.
