Performs multi-dimensional administrative tasks that require creativity and independent, discretionary judgment to meet the needs of the Population Health department. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and a high level of service. Includes interactions with internal and external customers handling confidential information. Responsible for managing schedules, recording minutes, preparing reports, coordinating meetings, handling communications, and supporting various projects to enhance productivity and efficiency. This position supports the Vice President of Medical Affairs, Senior Director of Population Health Operations, and team. Position is primarily Monday – Friday, days, with flexibility in scheduling required. Occasional evening availability is necessary with advance notice. This position contributes to the overall success of the organization by providing multi-dimensional, complex administrative support in a manner which requires self-direction, creativity and independent and discretionary judgment.
