About The Position

The admin assistant performs a variety of administrative and routine office tasks to support daily operations. This role ensures accurate record keeping, efficient communication, and smooth workflow within the organization.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
  • Previous clerical or office experience preferred
  • Strong proficiency skills (Microsoft Office Suite, email systems)
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Basic understanding of office equipment (printers, scanners)
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work with, interact, and communicate across all levels of the organization
  • Ability to communicate and understand both written and verbal instruction
  • Basic data entry
  • Customer service experience

Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain accurate data and records
  • Prepare, organize, and retrieve electronic and paper files
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and information requests
  • Scan, print, photocopy, and prepare documents
  • Sort and distribute mail and deliveries
  • Prepare and format correspondence, reports, and forms
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies and inventory
  • Provide general administrative support to staff and management
