Requirements

  • Organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in the Logistics, Transportation, or residential & commercial industries.
  • Experience supporting office operations, facilities coordination, or administrative reporting
  • Familiarity with basic accounting processes such as invoicing or expense tracking

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate daily office administrative activities and maintain organized office systems
  • Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and internal communications across teams
  • Provide administrative assistance to leadership and support special projects as needed
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal administrative inquiries
