About The Position

Canyon Road Auto Body is hiring a high-energy Administrative Assistant / Receptionist who takes pride in doing things right and doing them well. This isn’t a “sit behind the desk and answer phones” role. This is a first-impression, keep-the-shop-running, trusted-by-management position. Requirements

  • Exceptional customer service instincts
  • Strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Ability to juggle multiple priorities without dropping the ball
  • Solid computer skills (Microsoft Office required)
  • Dependability — punctuality and attendance matter here
  • Professional appearance and communication

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CDK and CCC
  • Previous automotive, body shop, or dealership experience

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person and by phone
  • Manage customer files and paperwork with accuracy
  • Handle payments (cash, check, credit card)
  • Support management with reporting and administrative needs
  • Keep the front office organized and presentable
  • Step in where needed — this is a team environment
