About The Position

The Administrative Assistant for Operational Accounting & Performance Analytics provides day-to-day administrative and operational support to a department or leadership team. This role focuses on building strong organizational, communication, and business professsionalism skills, with exposure to executive-level work over time. This role will manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate logistics (rooms, materials, virtual links). Prepare routine correspondence, presentations, and basic reports. Maintain department files, documentation, and records in accordance with internal standards. Processes expense reports, invoices, and basic purchasing requests. Serves as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders. Supports meeting preparation, including agendas, notes, and follow-up items. Assists with special projects and ad hoc admistrative tasks as assigned. Completes any other job related duties needed to help drive to our Vision, fulfill our Purpose, and abide by our Organization’s Values.

Requirements

  • Requires High School diploma or equivalent
  • One to three years of administrative or office support experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Professional communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines

Nice To Haves

  • Associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred
