About The Position
Job Title: Adjunct Teaching - School of Family Life - SFL 240 (IS University) Posting End Date: February 11, 2026 NOTE: Last day to apply is Tuesday, February 10, 2026, at 11:59pm (MST) Position Start Date: February 23, 2026 Required Degree: Master's Degree in subject area or a closely related field. The required degree must be completed by the start date. Experience: Highly knowledgeable in subject area; Minimum two semesters teaching experience. Duties/Expectations: Serve as Independent Study instructor for IS University course SFL 240: Parenting and Child Guidance. Provide timely and constructive feedback on student work. Grading assignments within 7 days. Foster a positive and inclusive online learning environment that encourages student participation. Organized and careful about time management. Proficiency in using technology and learning management systems. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. May receive additional assignments/contracts for curriculum development for the same or similar course. This position requires the successful candidate to relocate and/or reside in Utah for the duration of their employment.
