Adjunct Lecturer - Business
About The Position
This a part-time teaching position which is appointed on a per semester basis. There is an opportunity for renewal each semester and year. Essential Functions: Teach up to six credits per semester of undergraduate or graduate level business classes, potentially covering topics, including: Management, Managerial Communications, Operations Management, Business Math/Statistics/Analytics, Marketing, Legal/Law, and Strategy. Applicants should demonstrate in-depth knowledge of current business environment and prior teaching experience, including the use of technology in the workplace Manage online grading system and submit grades in a timely fashion. Abide by all relevant university and/or department procedures and policies. Integrate the core values of respect, integrity, justice, compassion, and service in all aspects of interaction.
Requirements
- Master's degree in, Business Administration, or related field.
- Ability to teach in lecture, hybrid, and online formats.
- Experience using learning management systems, such as Blackboard.
- Must be available for in-person classes, in Lakewood NJ, during the week.
- Must be US work authorized
Nice To Haves
- Candidates with terminal degrees will be given preference.
- Demonstrated successful teaching experience at the college/university level is preferred
