About The Position

The University at Buffalo, School of Nursing is seeking exceptional part-time adjunct faculty who are dedicated to providing quality educational experiences and to teach in clinical settings for the undergraduate pre-licensure program. Teach Clinical courses are offered primarily Wednesdays through Saturdays. The position requires availability to teach in clinical settings approximately 12-16 hours per week. In this role, you will: Attend (in-person or virtually) meetings in the fall and spring semesters. Communicate effectively and respectfully. Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in nursing and two years clinical experience are required.
  • Current NYS Nurse Registered Professional (RN) License (at the time of hire).

Nice To Haves

  • Previous experience with one of the following: Pediatrics, maternal-child health, mental health, medical/surgical, and other acute care settings such as critical care, urgent care, orthopedics, telemetry, neurology, oncology, and long-term care.
