About The Position
The Department of Leadership Studies at High Point University invites applicants for the position of Adjunct Instructor of Leadership Studies. Teaching/Supervision responsibilities will vary depending upon the course but may include online synchronous, online asynchronous, and face-to-face. Some instruction may be delivered in the evenings and on weekends. Requirements
- Education Minimum Requirements: Earned Doctorate
- Executive leadership skills and practitioner-based education experiences
- Ability to utilize online meeting and presentation tools such as WebEx, Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Nice To Haves
- Preferred Requirements: Superintendent Licensure, Principal Licensure
- Preference will be given to candidates with 10 or more years of leadership at the building and district levels
- Familiarity with Blackboard is preferred
Responsibilities
- Ability to facilitate teaching and learning activities with adult learners in the P-12 education field
