About The Position

The Adjunct Instructor may be assigned to prepare and deliver lecture(s) and or/facilitate lab(s) and/or support clinical education.

Promote the mission of Lincoln Memorial University to all faculty, staff, students and to the community at large
promote effective working relationships among faculty, staff and students
promote by precept and example a general atmosphere within LMU-DCOM of respect for knowledge, thought and inquiry
deliver lectures utilizing the latest body of knowledge and evidence
prepare examination questions as requested
meet with course directors during as needed and deliver lecture(s) according to published schedule
commit to working in a professional multicultural environment that fosters diversity
serve as an example to learners and colleagues of appropriate professional behavior
demonstrate and supervise students during clinical educational activities utilizing standardized patients and/or volunteer patients
supervise students during authorized and approved patient care events including health fairs, sports physicals, or community outreach programs
