About The Position

Grand Canyon University has an SLP On Campus Event. Availability is needed for March 16th and 17th from 7:30 AM-5 PM. What you will do: Guide students in performing hearing screenings and interpreting results Maintain compliance with requirements for program accreditation Uphold the tenets of nursing as a holistic profession as well as the pillars of the University Participate in and/or support of the university program in all areas including an evident congruence with the philosophy and direction of the institution, and service to the community Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University

Requirements

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology and CCC required.
• SLP's must maintain an active, current and unencumbered state license and CCC.
• Minimum 2 years of professional experience.
• Excellent communication skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with students.
• Successfully pass a drug screen
• Proficient in English, Grammar, and writing in APA format.
• Provide a positive example to students by supporting the University’s Doctrinal Statement, Ethical Position Statement and Mission of Grand Canyon University.
