Position Summary Concordia University seeks qualified applicants for the position of Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Theology. Teaching responsibilities include The Bible and/or Christian Faith in the Fall 2025 and/or Spring 2026 semesters on the Mequon campus Job Duties & Responsibilities Provides a quality learning experience for students on a semester basis. Adjunct faculty reports to the chair and performs instruction-related duties and responsibilities in a timely manner and in accordance with the mission, policies, and procedures of the university All other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Exhibits a willingness and ability to work with diverse individuals and organizations
• Demonstrates effective leadership, organizational skills, and is a self-starter
• Familiar with the university campus life
• Able to deal with interruptions and work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to present a Christian and professional manner
• Candidates should possess strong written and oral communications skills
• All candidates should possess an ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to work well with students of different ages and from other countries and religions
• Supportive of the mission and values of Concordia University Wisconsin/Ann Arbor and the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS)
• Masters Degree Required
• Status as an ordained minister of the Lutheran Church-Missouri Synod or of a sister synod in fellowship with the LCMS
• Effective teaching ability at the undergraduate level
