About The Position

This Adjunct Faculty member teaches Speech/Communications courses. Courses may be taught in an array of teaching modalities: MDC In-Person, MDC Live (Learning Interactively in a Virtual Environment), MDC Online (online delivery) and Blended Classes. Start date for this Faculty position is scheduled on or before Spring Semester 2026

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Speech/Communications; or a Master's Degree with 18 graduate credit hours in Speech/Communications
• All educational degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
• Must possess excellent communication skills
• Must be able to work well with students, faculty, staff and the community
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include evening and weekend assignments
• The final candidate is to successfully complete a background screening and reference check process.
