About The Position

The School of Graduate and Professional Studies ( SGPS ) is seeking dynamic, learner-focused educators with experience as active practitioners and researchers. Adjunct Instructors will work with students at Elizabethtown College to provide them with the knowledge, concepts, and skills to be successful in their chosen field in the following accelerated online degree program(s): Associate of Science Degree: Accounting Business Administration Health Care Administration Human Services Professional Studies Bachelor of Science: Accounting Business Administration Health Care Administration Human Services Professional Studies RN to BSN Graduate Programs: Business Administration ( MBA ) Curriculum and Instruction (M.Ed.) Doctorate of Post Professional Occupational Therapy (PP- OTD ) Master of Counseling and Psychology ( MCP ) Master of Education in Educational Leadership (M.Ed) Master of Music Education ( MME ) Master of Public Policy ( MPP ) Master of Science in Finance ( MSF ) Strategic Leadership ( MSL ) Graduate Certificates and Endorsements: CFP® Certification Financial Planning Education Program Computer Science Education Curriculum and Instruction Data Analytics Family Business and Entrepreneurship Health Care Administration High Impact Practices in Online Learning Inclusive and Equitable Education Integrative STEM Education Endorsement Interdisciplinary Autism Support Medical Spanish Non-Profit Leadership School System Accountability Sports Management Strategic Leadership Teacher Intern Certificate Trauma-Informed Practice

Requirements

The qualified candidate must hold a graduate degree in one of the appropriate fields listed above or equivalent.
Relevant professional experience is required.
Successful candidates will demonstrate teaching excellence, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to collaborative processes.
They will have a demonstrated commitment to teaching adult learners and proficiency in teaching online with high-impact strategies.
Successful candidates will demonstrate the ability to interact with others while maintaining a focus on equity, diversity, and inclusion.
