About The Position

This is a general posting that will serve to create a pool of applicants for adjunct faculty openings throughout the 2025-2026 academic year. Position Summary The Sturm College of Law is accepting applications for adjunct faculty to teach courses in the MSLA Program for the 2025-2026 academic year. Adjunct faculty positions are non-benefited positions. More information about the courses can be found on the Registrar’s Office Schedule of Classes https://www.du.edu/registrar/course/scheduleofclasses.html and at the registrar’s course descriptions page https://www.law.du.edu/academics/registrar/course-descriptions Adjunct faculty are required to teach as scheduled, hold office hours, assign papers and exams as appropriate and be available to assist students with assignments. Adjunct faculty are required to comply with all Law School and University policies and protocols. The Sturm College of Law operates on a semester system. This is a non-benefited position not to exceed 1,000 hours in a calendar year.

Requirements

  • Law degree
  • Ability to teach at the university level
