Qualifications Demonstrated near-native or native language ability in Modern Hebrew A minimum of a Master’s degree (M.A.) in a relevant field such as language pedagogy (preferably in Modern Hebrew language and literature), second language acquisition, or linguistics Prior experience teaching Modern Hebrew language courses at the college/university level Experience in contemporary second language teaching methodologies, instructional technologies, heritage/non-heritage teaching, and curriculum development are highly preferred Ability to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment Proof of ongoing professional development
