About The Position

College of DuPage believes in the power of teaching and learning. We seek adjunct faculty members to teach World Religion. Requirements

• Minimum of a Master’s degree in the Religious Studies/Biblical Studies/Theology or a Master’s degree in a related field such as Philosophy with significant graduate coursework in Religious Studies/Biblical Studies/Theology required
• Ability to teach In-person 2 sections: 1 World Religion and 1 Intro to Religion. Courses meet MW at 9:30 and 1:15 at our Glen Ellyn campus
• Access to personal technology, home computer with appropriate ability to teach online required

Nice To Haves

• Ability to teach remotely with technology and experience in online or virtual teaching preferred

Responsibilities

• Course planning and instruction in classroom, lab, or clinical settings
• Instruction in various delivery modes, such as, face-to-face, on-line, hybrid and/or blended formats
• Student evaluation
• Timely and accurate submission of required paperwork related to instruction
