About The Position

Teach one or more classes in the field of horticulture and/or sustainable agriculture. Teach lecture and lab components of courses to horticulture and/or sustainable agriculture students. Assess student learning and assign course grades. The courses must be taught in accordance with current program approved course descriptions, course outlines, textbooks, and syllabi. Prepare lecture and lesson plans, teach lecture and/or lab portion of class, and respond to and grade student work. Use appropriate academic software (e.g. Canvas Learning Management System, Power Point, etc.).
