The Department of Social and Behavioral Sciences provides quality instruction to promote student learning in six disciplines. Faculty in Anthropology, Geography, History, Political Science, Psychology, and Sociology contribute to the College's General Education Curriculum by teaching students about our historical/political world, the interaction of people and culture, and the diversity of human experience. Under general supervision, the Adjunct Assistant Professor will develop, prepare, and teach a variety of History coursework consisting of US History, Western Civilization, and World History. The Adjunct Assistant Professor must have the flexibility to teach courses during the day, evening, or online, as well as taught using other distance learning formats. Part-time instructional service will be paid at a rate of $822 per semester credit hour and $32.88 per clock/contact hour.
