About The Position

Farmingdale State College seeks adjuncts to teach evening graduate level construction cost analysis, advanced estimating and other construction management related courses. The Graduate Program is an interdisciplinary (CivET, CMET, EET, MET, BUS) program. Please note: academic departments will not be accepting phone inquiries regarding your resume. Requirements

  • Master's degree in construction management or in a related fields
  • At least five years full time industry or college level academic experience

Nice To Haves

  • Doctorate in construction management or in a related field
  • Demonstrated experience in parametric estimating, life-cycle project cost analysis, earned value methodology, and technology trends in project/program cost estimating and control
