Adjunct Assistant Professor - Computer Systems - Farmingdale State College
About The Position
Periodically, adjunct teaching positions become available in the Computer Systems department. Please submit your resume and cover letter if you would be interested in teaching one or two courses. In your cover letter, please rate your capabilities and interest in teaching [1-5] in each of the following areas: Computer Programming Web Development Management Information Systems Databases Networking Cloud services Human Computer Interaction / Interaction Design System Administration For each, please specify if you hold any relevant professional certifications (e.g., Cisco CCNE, Oracle certified Associate, AWS Solutions Architect). Please feel free to highlight any department courses in the Farmingdale course catalog that you might wish to teach. Courses with the prefixes BCS and CSC are taught by this department. You will be called if and when a position becomes available that meets your qualifications. Please note academic departments will not be accepting phone inquiries regarding your resume.
