Adjunct Assistant Professor, Chemistry
About The Position
The Department of Chemistry at Carthage College invites applications for a part-time laboratory teaching position for Spring 2026 (February-May). The instructor will teach one or more sections of General Chemistry Laboratory, with both a morning and an evening section needing coverage. About Carthage: Founded in 1847, Carthage College is a four-year private liberal arts college. Our prime location in Kenosha, Wisconsin, midway between Chicago and Milwaukee, allows students the opportunity to learn in a professional context. Our beautiful campus, an 80-acre arboretum on the shore of Lake Michigan, is home to 150 scholars, 2,600 full-time students, and 400 part-time students. Requirements
- D. or M.S. in Chemistry or a closely related field
- should have a strong interest in undergraduate education
