Addictions Therapist (Problem Gambling Specialist - Evening IOP) Location: High Focus Centers - Pottstown Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 10:00 AM–8:00 PM (four 10-hour shifts; flexible) Salary: $54,000–$55,000/year (based on experience and credentials) About High Focus Centers High Focus Centers in Pottstown is a leading provider of outpatient behavioral healthcare, offering specialized treatment for adults and adolescents. Our Evening Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) provides a structured, evidence-based environment to support recovery, insight, and long-term wellness. We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Addictions Therapist with expertise in problem gambling to join our evening clinical team. Requirements

Education: Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, with completion of a clinical internship/practicum (required).
Experience: Prior experience providing addiction treatment required

Nice To Haves

Certification: Certificate of Competency in Problem Gambling preferred.
Experience: experience with problem gambling populations strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Facilitate evening group therapy sessions focused on addiction recovery and problem gambling.
Conduct clinical assessments to determine level of care, treatment needs, and appropriate interventions.
Provide individual counseling to support client goals and recovery progress.
Collaborate with clients, families (as appropriate), and multidisciplinary treatment teams to develop individualized treatment plans with measurable outcomes.
Participate in team meetings and clinical consultations to coordinate care and review client progress.
Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and complete insurance reviews as needed.
Contribute to a positive and supportive team culture focused on high-quality, ethical care.
