About The Position
We are looking for an Associate Director of Product to join our Servicing team, overseeing payments innovation across our omni-channel properties, including the BrightWay mobile app. This roll is pivotal in ensuring our payment offerings evolve to align with our mission to help to improve our customer's financial lives, while supporting our business goals. You'll be charged with setting strategy and guiding product direction across the payments area - deeply understanding both our customer's payments needs as well as the rapidly changing payments landscape, redefining how, when, and where payments are made. As an senior product team member you have a proven track record of delivering awesome customer experiences and results at scale. You have a strong bias for action, and you'll do whatever it takes to get it done. You are a strategic thinker who can propose innovate ideas and execute on long term roadmaps. You mix strong data-driven focus with product intuition to challenge the boundaries of what a great product experience can do.
