About The Position

We are looking for an Ad Ops Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of online and offline ad campaigns. Your goal is to support our media planners & buyers by ensuring all media buys are trafficked accurately, help troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate production of printed media, and confirm ad quality across platforms and vendors. About You You’re detail-obsessed, organized, and energized by making media campaigns run flawlessly behind the scenes. You enjoy coordinating timelines, trafficking ads, and ensuring creative assets meet specs and launch accurately across platforms and vendors — both online and offline. You’re comfortable learning tech tools, supporting multiple people, and jumping in to troubleshoot when something just isn’t right. You’re proactive, dependable, and collaborative — someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and values getting the details right so great media strategies show up exactly as intended in the real world. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, or a related field preferred.
  • 0-2 years of experience in Marketing/Advertising or similar role (internships considered).
  • Possess strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in Microsoft Excel and exposure to or awareness of agency software such as demand side platforms (DSPs) and digital ad servers (CM360), as well as offline media buying processes a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Integrated Campaign Setup: Coordinate the technical delivery of omnichannel media plans, ensuring digital tags and assets are delivered to vendors on schedule.
  • Responsible for setting up, testing, quality assurance and optimizing advertising campaigns across a variety of ad tech platforms.
  • Digital Trafficking & QA: Manage end-to-end setup in Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360) and execution in DSPs (The Trade Desk), upload creative, perform quality assurance on all tracking pixels and creative specs & trafficking.
  • Ensure ad creative adheres to technical specifications and troubleshoot creative issues that affect implementation, tracking, and reporting.
  • Offline Media Coordination: Act as a liaison for offline media buys, purchase orders, managing traffic instructions for broadcast, OOH spec, and print partners to ensure creative alignment. Collect Proof of Performance documentation.
  • Troubleshooting: Trouble shoot campaign setup and work to ensure problem resolution. Supports buyers with vendor relationships.
  • Tech Savvy: Possess a desire to stay current on industry changes, resourceful and a quick learner.
  • Administrative Support: Manage credit cards and receipt tracking for clients in partnership with Accounting to ensure accurate billing. Project management including the onboarding / offboarding clients in Smartsheet’s, platforms, software, etc.
