We are looking for an Ad Ops Coordinator to coordinate the end-to-end lifecycle of online and offline ad campaigns. Your goal is to support our media planners & buyers by ensuring all media buys are trafficked accurately, help troubleshoot technical issues, coordinate production of printed media, and confirm ad quality across platforms and vendors. About You You’re detail-obsessed, organized, and energized by making media campaigns run flawlessly behind the scenes. You enjoy coordinating timelines, trafficking ads, and ensuring creative assets meet specs and launch accurately across platforms and vendors — both online and offline. You’re comfortable learning tech tools, supporting multiple people, and jumping in to troubleshoot when something just isn’t right. You’re proactive, dependable, and collaborative — someone who communicates clearly, follows through, and values getting the details right so great media strategies show up exactly as intended in the real world.
