Requirements

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
1-3 years of experience in operational processes, digital marketing, advertising, or media.
Excellent organizational, operational, and analytical skills.
Demonstrate a commitment to learning, problem-solving, risk-taking, and the ability to give and receive feedback.
Excellent English communication skills, written and verbal.

Nice To Haves

Experience/ knowledge of Online Advertising, such as Google Analytics, SEO, and Affiliate Marketing.
Understanding of A/B testing and ability to optimize the consumer journey.

Responsibilities

Ad unit creation and management, as well as quality assurance
Build solutions and processes to improve ad unit efficiency
Interpret data, then manage and communicate results to internal teams to further grow opportunities with existing and new partners
Work cross-functionally with other departments across the company (like Sales and Dev) to drive the business forward
Troubleshoot issues in a timely manner (policy, account setup, performance, and more)
Develop a deep understanding of our internal systems to better serve internal and external stakeholders
