St. Anthony's Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our acute care team on a Pool/PRN basis. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality, patient-centered therapy services to individuals recovering from illness, injury, or surgery in an inpatient hospital setting.

Requirements

• BLS (Basic Life Support)
• OT (Occupational Therapy)
• Or OT (Occupational Therapy) Eligible to obtain
• Required Bachelor's Occupational Therapy

Nice To Haves

• Preferred 1-year Occupational Therapy

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients' functional abilities and develop individualized treatment plans to promote independence and safety.
• Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy interventions for patients in acute care, including those with complex medical conditions.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques, equipment use, and discharge planning.
• Document assessments, progress notes, and treatment outcomes in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
• Maintain flexibility to respond to urgent consults and varying patient needs across units.
