Requirements
- New Grads will not be considered at this time, 2+ years of APP surgical experience
- Acute Care Nurse Practitioner: Masters-prepared graduate of an accredited school of nursing and Nurse Practitioner program. Current AZ RN and APRN license and certification as a ACNP.
- Physician Assistant: Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant program with current PA certification by NCCPA and registration as a PA by the AZ State Board of Medical Practice.
- Active BLS, ACLS, and RN First Assist certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross at start date and DEA registration required.
- Excellent verbal, written and oral communication skills.
- Demonstrated leadership ability.
- Flexibility to adjust schedule to meet patient and staff needs.
- Ability to manage time and stress effectively and adapt to unpredictable situations within the patient care setting.
Nice To Haves
- Two to five years of clinical experience preferred.
- Primary care, acute care, and/or surgical experience preferred.
- Strong computer skills in an Electronic Medical Record preferred.
