The role provides clinical guidance, oversees preceptor selection, maintains competency and education records, facilitates policy and equipment implementation, and contributes to unit‑based and hospital‑wide quality improvement and regulatory readiness efforts, including data collection and analysis. Clinical Supervisor : Supports daily nursing operations by providing clinical oversight, assigning and guiding staff based on patient needs, and ensuring high standards of care across the unit. Responsibilities include supervising and developing nursing personnel, coordinating patient admissions and discharges, maintaining unit resources, supporting quality improvement efforts, and upholding hospital policies, safety practices, and regulatory requirements while serving as a key communication link among patients, families, staff, and physicians. Clinical Development Specialist: Leads the development, coordination, and evaluation of staff education, orientation, and competency programs, serving as a key resource for evidence‑based practice, regulatory standards, and quality initiatives. Responsibilities include assessing learning needs, supporting ongoing staff performance and compliance, maintaining educational resources, guiding quality and safety improvements, participating in regulatory readiness and root‑cause analyses, and contributing to hospital‑wide committees and data‑driven quality efforts. Service Coordinator: Coordinates daily operations across service areas, adjusting staffing, resources, and priorities to support safe, efficient, and high-quality patient care. The role assists with supervising and developing nursing staff, supports orientation and training needs, contributes to scheduling and budget planning, and ensures consistent implementation of hospital policies, standards of care, and departmental goals. It also participates in quality improvement activities, maintains clinical and operational readiness, serves as a key communication liaison among patients, families, staff, and physicians, and may provide direct patient care while upholding all safety and regulatory requirements. Program Manager Neuro: Provides leadership for the development, growth, and daily operations of the Neurosciences Program, overseeing clinical standards, program initiatives, and outcome monitoring for the neuroscience patient population. The role collaborates with multidisciplinary teams and service line leaders to coordinate clinical, educational, and community‑focused activities; guides the work of Neuroscience Clinical Practice Guideline Teams; and serves as a clinical and educational resource across the organization. Responsibilities include managing projects and resources, shaping service‑wide policies, supporting human resource planning, and ensuring effective implementation of neuroscience‑related programs and processes across all campuses.
