Assists all Retirement Consultants with each aspect of the client servicing relationship, including building, expanding and retaining quality relationships with existing clients and future clients at all levels. Supports Producers with prospecting related activities and the transition of newly acquired clients. Provides analytical support including, but not limited to, due diligence, Investment Management Reports, RFP assembly and analysis, investment analysis, quarterly investment delivery and replacement, quarterly plan updates, annual report reviews, and investment policy statement origination and review.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 1 or more years' client coordination and/or investment advisory experience specific to the retirement industry.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and MS Office.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Travel required (10%).

  • Critical thinking and good judgment to quickly determine and prioritize key issues.
  • Ability to work under the pressure of deadlines and work extra hours if needed on particular assignments.

Responsibilities

  • Scheduling and attending select investment review meetings
  • Writing quarterly investment documentation
  • Creating participant communication plans/strategies
  • Obtaining current administrative reports from plan provider
  • Managing and executing annual disclosure requirements.
