Learn more at The Opportunity Youth Services Activity Leaders are responsible for leading high-quality, developmentally appropriate afterschool programming for early childhood-aged children. They design and implement engaging activities that support early learning through creative play, arts, movement, and exploration, while fostering a safe, nurturing, and joyful environment. Activity Leaders serve as the primary classroom lead during afterschool hours and work closely with program staff to ensure smooth daily operations, positive behavior support, and meaningful learning experiences for all children.
