Create and coordinate programs with schools, musical organizations, youth groups, and other community partners; develop a monthly calendar of events to meet resident needs. Direct and supervise volunteer programs, manage meeting room reservations, and assist with planning and executing community activities and special events. Maintain and update Resident Intranet and digital signage content; train and assist residents with technology, orientation, and use of the resident business office. Support communications by publishing the resident newsletter, preparing announcements, and providing clerical assistance including filing, typing, and office equipment maintenance. Assist the Resident Services Director with budget research and preparation, and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in clerical office work, reception, customer service, volunteer coordination, or a related field.
  • Ability to read, speak, write, and follow oral and written directions.
  • Organizational skills, phone skills, and a professional phone voice.
  • Knowledge of basic office equipment (fax machines, typewriters, photocopiers).
  • Computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
