You collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to ensure every program runs smoothly, and you take pride in creating moments that make our community feel vibrant and alive. The Lodge at Old Trail, opened in May 2012, is a vibrant senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in a rustic, elegant setting just 12 miles from historic Charlottesville, Virginia.
