Join our team at The Lodge at Old Trail , where we are seeking a part-time Activity Coordination Assistant who is creative, compassionate, and ready to make a difference. You spend your day bringing joy and engagement to our residents by planning and executing life enrichment activities that spark connection and laughter. You collaborate with the Life Enrichment Director to ensure every program runs smoothly, and you take pride in creating moments that make our community feel vibrant and alive.

The Lodge at Old Trail, opened in May 2012, is a vibrant senior living community offering Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Memory Care in a rustic, elegant setting just 12 miles from historic Charlottesville, Virginia. Requirements

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication skills
• Comfortable working on the computer
• Enjoys working with the senior population
• Excellent attendance
• Flexibility to work at times when special events are scheduled
• Ability to public speak
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Ability and willingness to learn how to drive the handicap bus
• Must have the ability to pass a background check
