Activities Supervisor
About The Position

Requirements
- At least 1 year of hospitality, recreation, or pool operations experience preferred
- Supervisory or leadership experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced guest-focused environment
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
- Comfortable and capable of safely operating a 14-passenger van
Nice To Haves
- Resort or timeshare experience is a plus
- First Aid, CPR, Certified Pool Operator (CPO), preferred
Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging recreational activities and events for guests of all ages
- Encourage guest participation and promote daily activities throughout the resort
- Deliver outstanding guest service and respond quickly to guest needs or concerns
- Supervise, train, and support recreation staff to ensure high performance and service standards
- Assist with team scheduling and help manage coverage when needed
- Monitor pool and recreation areas to ensure guest safety and compliance with safety regulations
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of recreational spaces and equipment
- Support special events, including setup and operation of basic audio/visual equipment
- Maintain supplies and equipment used for activities and recreational programming
- Collaborate with other resort departments to create seamless guest experiences
- Assist with documentation, safety reporting, and other operational tasks as needed
